- Pre-heat a bit.

- Removal of grease, fats and burnt.
- Cleaning of all trays, racks, rubbers.
- Cleaning between glasses if its not sealed.
- Take off the door and clean the seals.
- Disinfect and sanitise.
- Polish all exterior.

- Testing before we leave.

BBQ

- Disconnect Gas.

- Remove fats, burnts and excess dirts.
- Clean all parts, interior and exterior of BBQ.
- Dry the parts, BBQ.
- Reassemble the parts.
- Clean up our mess.
- Disinfect and sanitise.
- Testing before we leave We’ll leave the BBQ open for 15 min prior we leave..
